Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The refrigerator, microwave and stove worked. The bed was comfortable. I was offered a full refund when I checked in due to the elevator being out of service. While I was a bit annoyed at having to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, I understand that these things happen all the time and it wasn't that big of a deal.

The room I booked had been taken, but was given a bigger room with 2 queen beds. I had booked a King bed. No big deal. We were comfortable.

The bed was fairly comfortable. Noise level was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Price was definitely better than hotels in the area
